About the role
BlvnkDev helps growing businesses with web development, managed IT, and virtual assistance. As an Appointment Setter, you are often the first conversation a prospect has with the studio—introducing services that improve how they show up online and how their operations run day to day.
You will reach out by phone and email, qualify interest, and book discovery calls for the team. Success means clear notes, respectful follow-up, and conversations that feel human—not scripted volume for its own sake.
Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setter at BlvnkDev, you help connect the right businesses with the right support. Your work creates the pipeline that keeps projects, retainers, and operations engagements moving.
- Make outbound calls and follow-up touches to qualified prospect lists.
- Introduce BlvnkDev's web, managed IT, and virtual assistance services with clarity and confidence.
- Book discovery calls and hand off context so the team starts every conversation prepared.
- Log activity, outcomes, and next steps so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle objections calmly and keep tone respectful—even when a prospect is not ready.
- Coordinate with leadership on list quality, messaging, and weekly targets.
- Maintain consistent outreach rhythm across your scheduled hours.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone reliable, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners and operators.
- Prior cold calling or appointment-setting experience—ideally in B2B services.
- Clear spoken and written English; you can explain what we do without jargon overload.
- Stable laptop or desktop, dependable internet, and a quiet workspace for calls.
- Headset with a noise-canceling microphone for professional call quality.
- Comfort submitting the application requirements in our form (voice intro, device specs, speed test, resume).
- Self-directed during remote hours—you track your own activity and follow through.
Bonus skills
- Experience selling or setting appointments for agencies, studios, or professional services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, call logging, or simple outreach workflows.
- Background supporting founders, clinics, or local businesses that need credibility online.
- Second language or experience calling across time zones.
